COV - Building Term Services Framework 2023

Coventry City Council ('the Council') is seeking to enter into a framework agreement to engage the services of suitably experienced suppliers to carry out the provision of installation, maintenance, testing and repair relating to the following work types;Lot 1 - Security SystemsLot 2 - Fire Alarms, Sprinkler Systems, Dry Risers and Fire HydrantsLot 3 - Air Conditioning SystemsLot 4 - Kitchen Canopy SystemsLot 5 - Automatic Doors and Barrier SystemsLot 6 - LiftsThe services detailed in the lots above will be required in and around the City of Coventry. The Council will require services to be provided at Council properties and other third-party properties such as schools, academies, free schools, leisure centres, commercial officers and retail units.
