Contract is for the re-roofing, loft insulation, renewal of rainwater goods and building plastics, replacement external doors, flat roof renewal, renewal of external lighting and installation of hardwired smoke alarms, installation of kitchen and bathroom extraction fans, replacement of windows, (front elevation only), replacement of existing timber cladding to front elevation with EWI render system, renewal of existing external door and minor painting and redecoration.
