Evaluate and determine planning applications  Validate electronic applications submitted using the Planning Portal  Process all payments through the TerraQuest/Planning Portal FTS  Technically validate Minor & Other application types based on both national rules and local validation lists  Allocate applications to case officers  Manage invalid applications working with agents and applicants  Manage incoming queries via email and phone
