Provision of construction services to undertake the new build of a twin pad at Lee Valley Ice Centre - AWARD

The Lee Valley Regional Park Authority intends to procure a main contractor for the demolition of the existing Lee Valley Ice arena building and phased erection of a new community twin pad ice centre, including changing rooms, gym, exercise studio, cafe and service areas. Amendments to the existing car parking area to provide integrated swales, landscape and biodiversity enhancements. The provision of some temporary structures for changing/administration accommodation will be required throughout the construction period.
