Local Bus Service N50130 Macclesfield - Handforth or Wythenshawe

This contract is for a local bus service with the options of routes listed below. It is intended that a contract will be awarded for one LOT only, which will be the most economically advantageous option to the authority and there will be no appointment to the remaining LOTS. Please note that the authority does not accept any liability for any bid costs, expenditure, work or effort incurred by a Tenderer in proceeding with or participating in the procurement of any of the LOTS, and any Tenderer participates in the LOTS at their own risk understanding that the authority may only award under one LOT. The values given in this notice are only estimations and are for the initial contract period of 12 months including the option to extend for up to a further 2 x 12 month periods. The authority gives no guarantee or warranty or makes any representation as to the accuracy of any indicative volumes or as to the value of the work during the contract period.
