Parking and loading enforcement is required on the TLRN to reduce congestion, improve bus reliability, and improve the safety of the network. Key requirements: • Deploy, manage and supervise on street officers to priority locations and network "hot spots" to deter and address non-compliance with road traffic and parking regulations and associated legislation; • Undertake on-street civil traffic enforcement in accordance with TfL standards and relevant legislation, including the issue of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs); • Engage constructively with motorists, businesses and the public to promote compliance and support road safety goals; • Identify and report defects in signs, lines and other traffic management infrastructure on the TLRN; • Provide and maintain, from contract commencement ("day one"), the full technology stack required for enforcement - including a Parking Enforcement Application (PE App), back-office systems and handheld devices - integrated with TfL's systems via open APIs; • Contribute to TfL's statutory traffic management duty and the aims of the Mayor's Transport Strategy by reducing congestion, improving bus reliability and enhancing network safety. 2.
