WTSF01: Umbraco forms base template - AWARD

Creation of a base forms template to support our first use of Umbraco forms in Umbraco 13, primarily to support the creation of forms for the new grants process. This brief follows the calls held with all suppliers w/c 24 June to discuss the delivery. Please note the attachment of a coding standard document - this specifies the standards and approach we require to be applied when working on the framework. For any questions relating to the brief or the standards, please send them through the procurement system so we can respond with clarifications to all suppliers.
