OPA T834 OFD Campbeltown depot: to identify viable recommendations for the fuel loading system such that a well informed decision can be taken by the OPA on whether to retain and refurbish the existing Flow Boom Tower arrangement, or, install a new fuel loading system based on the (Quantifiable) information delivered by the options study.
