Description

FCDO Services intends to establish a multi-lot Closed Framework for a maximum duration of four(4) years to suitably accredited, qualified and experienced suppliers to provide global freight forwarding services FCDO Services is responsible for the provision of the Accompanied Diplomatic Bag (ADB) service. This service involves the movement of goods accompanied by a nominated Government Officer. The service is delivered typically on a Port to Port basis, although Port to Door may be required. Suppliers awarded onto the framework will be responsible for: - Securing and facilitating bookings for consignments of any size and weight - Facilitation of airside Authority witness loading - Preparation of export and import declarations - Arranging customs clearance - Providing handling equipment if required
