Replacement of an Artificial Pitch at Queensgate Astro on the Isle of Wight

Further competition is invited under the terms and conditions of ESPO framework agreement ref 115_21 for the supply and provision of Outdoor Playground, Fitness & Sports Facilities and Equipment (Design, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Maintenance, and Inspection). The Authority is running this further competition under Lot 11. The Authority is looking to replace the surface of the artificial pitch situated at Queensgate Astro, Beatrice Road, East Cowes, Isle of Wight. This will include removal and disposal of the existing surface. The size of the existing synthetic turf pitch is 63.00 x 36.00 metres. The current turf is laid on top of a Macadam base and an existing shock pad. The condition of the current base is unknown. If parts of the base need replacing, then this will form part of this contract. A new surface is required as well as the removal and disposal of the current end of life surface. The Authority would like to see this undertaken in an environmentally friendly way
