Provision of outplacement services

Eligible employees will be given access to a 1:1 outplacement programme, providing support from a Personal Career Coach for who will help build and tailor the programme around their specific needs. Access to personal career coaching is supported with unlimited access to a wide range of online career and job search resources, on demand webinars and wellbeing support, ensuring they have the resources needed to take the next career step confidently.
