TC701 - Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) And Reactive Repairs Contract 2017 (including individual works orders up to £75,000 per order)

Manchester City Council wishes to appoint a Contractor to provide Planned & Preventative Maintenance including Reactive Repairs together with Small Works utilising a Measured Term Contract in accordance with industry best practice across MCC Public Buildings The authority manages and maintains a diverse property portfolio ranging from the Town Hall Complex, traditional schools, offices, accommodation and housing stock including traditional built brick and block structures to state of the art steel frame and MMC built structures. Works will include but are not restricted to: Repairs/Alterations/Renovation/Demolition Excavation and Filling Brickwork and Blockwork Cleaning Drainage Electrical Flagging/Block Paviors/Concrete Glazing Carpentry/Joinery Metalwork Painting/Decorating Plumbing Roofing Vinyl Covering Plaster/Render and Tiling
