Evaluators will then attend a moderation meeting chaired by an independent moderator who is not responsible for scoring but will facilitate discussions between the evaluators to agree a final moderated score and final feedback for Tenderers. *Quality questions in Stage 3B must each obtain a minimum score of 3 (satisfactory). Bidders with a score below 3 on any of the questions will not be considered further.price—
