Newcastle City Council - Re-roofing Programme, Fenham Estate

Newcastle City Council seeks to appoint a contractor to undertake roofing and associated works on the Fenham Estate, Newcastle. The contract will include re-roofing works, together with upgrading the rainwater goods, repairs to brickwork, chimney repairs, valley gutter repairs, etc. Work will be undertaken on a supply and fit basis.
