Periodic Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Service and Testing and Minor Remedial Works

This contract is to undertake the following services:-\r \r a) provide a takeover service,\r b) periodic inspection and testing of fire alarm systems,\r c) periodic inspection and testing of emergency lighting systems, refuge systems and fire curtains,\r d) minor remedial works, which are identified during the inspections in 2.1.1 and 2.1.2 above,\r e) provide a call out facility which shall cater for both 'normal' and 'out of hours' calls to system faults or emergencies.
