Cobalt - Mediation Service for resolving tenant and resident disputes 2017-21 - AWARD

Cobalt Housing is looking for a supplier to provide mediation services to support the Cobalt ASB function from 3rd January 2017 to 2nd January 2021 Cobalt is a Housing Association that operates in north east Liverpool, in the areas of Norris Green, Croxteth and Fazakerley. The Mediation service will be available to Cobalt tenants and also other residents who are living in the Cobalt area. Cobalt owns 6,000 properties; however, as outlined, there is the potential for some private sector residents to also benefit from the service. We anticipate that there will be up to around 34 cases each calendar year in total. We are looking for one contractor to provide the mediation service. It is expected that parties concerned in mediation will be interviewed in their homes or in a convenient, suitable venue in the local Cobalt area.
