The contract has been formally modified.<br/><br/>Approval of the Dental Access Scheme was given by the Primary Care Commissioning Committee on the following dates:<br/><br/>22 October 2024 for the period 1 December 2024 to 31 March 2025<br/>15 April 2025 for the period 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026<br/>3 February 2026 for the period 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027<br/><br/>Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board maintains a register of conflicts of interest. Declarations were requested in line with governance requirements, and no conflicts were identified in relation to the decisions noted above.
