Description
Gloucester City Council and Cheltenham Borough Council require a supplier who will consider how they can complement, rather than duplicate the services that are commissioned nationally by the Home Office, with a view to enhancing the overall support system for asylum seekers in the respective localities. The supplier is required to align their proposals with the resources and services that asylum seekers already have access to, thereby avoiding any potential for duplication, and thus ensuring value for money but also identify gaps in support and service provision to enable positive opportunities to asylum seekers.
