BRaHM LIFT Co provides property and facilities management services to Community Health Partnerships at six sites as set out below: - Alkrington Health Centre - Breightmet Health Centre - Nye Bevan Health Centre - Bolton One - The Phoenix Health Centre - Croft Shifa Health Centre BRaHM Lift Co is seeking to invite organisations interested in tendering for a 5 year contract to provide cleaning and security services at these sites to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire. Following the receipt and evaluation of the questionnaires suitably qualified organisations will be invited to tender for the services. Each service will be tendered as an individual Lot and organisations will be able to tender for individual or both Lots. Currie & Brown have been appointed by the Employer to independently manage the market testing exercise.
