Retrofitting Target Advice

The Local Energy North West Hub is seeking the services of a consultancy with relevant expertise to support a programme of Housing Retrofit in the North West. The Local Energy North West Hub is hosted by the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority. Funding of circa £52M for GHG LAD2 will be disbursed to five LEP areas in the North West. The advisor will rely on a knowledge of energy performance metrics for domestic properties to review energy performance data, undertake modelling and profile the impact of the GHG LAD 2 programme. A number of scenarios will be considered reflecting uncertainty about the measures that will ultimately be installed. The advisor will provide targeting advice to LEP areas and local authorities based on the findings from the EPC data modelling.
