RFI - Capacity modelling and Financial modelling

Key purpose of this capacity, demand forecasting tool is: Understand demand and capacity to help with service planning and provision. Event simulation/What if analysis applied if planning significant changes to services so that the impact of the changes is fully understood. Forecasting what the future demand will be based on the past few years' trend - with the ability to manually add assumptions that are Covid related. Financial model is to support the Trust with its financial planning given the dramatic changes to its cost structure emerging from the Covid-19 emergency.
