Safe and Steady Exercise Programme

Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council is looking to receive quotations from bidders for the Safe and Steady Exercise Programme. The Provider will develop and deliver a comprehensive strength and balance exercise programme (to be known locally as the Safe and Steady Exercise Programme) to an identified eligible population across the borough to reduce the number of falls that result in a serious injury and prevent future falls in high -risk individuals. This will include employing Later Life trained staff to deliver the programme, known from heron in as Postural Stability Instructors (PSI).
