Description
The Provision of Research and Innovation Services for Managing Sickness Absences in Small and Medium Enterprises: Phase 2, a Joint Work and Health Unit initiative. The Authority is seeking to encourage an innovative and creative approach from tenderers supporting SMEs to manage the first four weeks of sickness absence within their workforce, in a way that best facilitates a return to work for their employees. Phase 1 - the Department contracted with four suppliers to develop a feasibility study into reducing sickness absences. In Phase 2, the Department will contract with 2 of the Phase 1 suppliers to research and develop their feasibility study into a working prototype.
