Description
Portsmouth City Council intends to award a contract to an existing provider for the provision of an existing service, the Towards Better Health (TBH) partnership. The aim of the service is to improve support and outcomes for people experiencing rough sleeping who have drug and alcohol dependence needs. It is intended that the initial contract term will be for 12 months, from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026 with an annual contract value of £99,993.48 The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, following Direct Award Process C. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period.
