Medical Engineering Lab Refurbishment

The University of Southampton is appointing a contractor to fulfil the role of Principal Contractor for the refurbishment of the Building 19 Medical Engineering Lab. The works include the design and construction of: • Working/technical details and final coordination/setting out of building services installations (including small power/containment, lighting, mechanical, data and audio visual installations). • Builders works in connection. • Temporary Works. • Audio Visual Installation. • Fixed Benching. • Structural steelwork. • Building Management System.
