CPI are looking to appoint a suitable contractor to provide the refurbishment of the existing facade at the CPI Coxon Building, at Netpark, Sedgefield. The façade refurbishment includes the introduction of a new glazed double leaf external door. The contractor will also be required to dispose of all existing materials.
