SEE Building Clean Room

The project will briefly consist of: - Strip out of associated mechanical and electrical installations. - Strip out of associated FFE. - New mechanical and electrical connections to the installed clean room. - Testing and commissioning. The SEE Building is fully occupied by the University and is predominately used as teaching and lecture space. The works will be undertaken under a JCT Minor Works Building Contract, 2016 Edition. The scheme will be carried out during normal working hours of Monday - Friday 07:30- 18:00. The works will be undertaken in a single phase across the summer months.
