Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION\r The survey is to include the extents of the area outlined on the plan provided.\r We would require the wooded area to be cleared to ensure we can capture all the required data.\r If the wooded area is not cleared we will attempt to survey what we can and return after clearance to complete, there will be an additional charge for this.\r SURVEY CONTROL\r All control shall be to OS Grid and datum by GPS observations.\r TOPOGRAPHIC DETAIL\r All boundary demarcation and features including description and heights.\r All building outlines with name/number and eave and ridge heights where possible.\r All changes of surface and descriptions.\r All street furniture and service covers and overhead cables.\r All trees within or adjoining the site over 0.2m diameter with names and sizes plus the outline of any extensive vegetation.\r All ditches, streams, banks and water courses.\r Road cross section levels shall be taken at 10m measured intervals at back of footpath, top/bottom of kerb, centreline of carriageways and all significant changes of level.\r A paced 10m level grid shall be taken across the site, including levels at top and bottom of steps, ramps, banks, and ditches. Levels to be taken over boundaries where access permits\r Contours will be drawn at 0.5m intervals.
