Rebranding of The Firs, Meriden

The project involves the refurbishment and rebranding of the communal and external areas of The Firs, Meriden. The works comprise refurbishment of the communal facilities including the lounge, office and WC's, removing significant amounts of asbestos, replacement lighting, new ceilings, remodelling of the office space, structural repairs, installation of a new scooter store, extending car park and re-modelling of residents' communal rooms.
