Description
Banwell Parish Council invites tenders for the design, supply, installation and associated surfacing and groundworks for a new outdoor fitness and activity space at Banwell Recreation Ground, Westfield Road, Banwell, North Somerset. The project comprises a predominantly calisthenics and bodyweight fitness facility, incorporating a limited number of interactive or adjustable fitness elements, together with all associated foundations, surfacing, installation, delivery, site set-up, health and safety compliance, post-installation inspection, handover documentation, warranties and maintenance information. Participation
Conditions suppliers must meet to bid.
Tenderers must: • Complete a site visit prior to submission of a tender. Site visits must be arranged through Banwell Parish Council by contacting clerk@banwellparishcouncil.gov.uk. • Hold a minimum of £10 million Public Liability Insurance and provide evidence of cover with their submission. • Demonstrate relevant experience in the design, supply and installation of outdoor fitness, recreation, sports, play or similar community facilities. • Provide at least two references for comparable projects completed within the last five years. The Council reserves the right to reject any tender that does not satisfy these participation requirements.
