Tug Towage Services

Liverpool City Council require a Supplier to provide a tug towage service for ships berthing and slipping at Liverpool Cruise Terminal Pier Head. The successful Supplier must have permission from the Port Authority (Peel Ports) to conduct tug towage operations on the River Mersey. Berthing, Slipping and Towage of ships, must be in undertaken in accordance with Peel Ports Port of Liverpool Towage Guidelines 2015 which can be found here: https://www.peelports.com/media/2281/lti00-towage-guidelines-2015.pdf.
