Westward are seeking to procure an integrated HR & Payroll system with a part-managed payroll solution, with an option to bring the payroll operation totally in-house sometime in the future. In addition to the core HR function, Westward are seeking a solution that will provide self-service, E-recruitment and Learning and Development modules, either as part of the core function, or as additional options that can be purchased at implementation or at some point in the future.
