Private Sector Housing Strategy - AWARD

North East Derbyshire are seeking to commission professional consultants to undertake a review of private sector housing. This will be a joint project with Bolsover District Council and will require the consultants undertake research, and consult with tenants and landlords to understand the issues they face and how we can work together to improve the sector and the offer of accommodation. We want to be challenged in terms of thinking differently, so as to explore areas of intervention not considered possible before.
