Thirteen - Comprehensive Voids Solution

Thirteen Housing Group seeks to appoint 3 (three) Contractors to support their in-house R&M Team to undertake and complete all work within void properties. The work will include kitchens, bathrooms, boiler replacements and full heating systems, electrical rewires and associated activities including all certification and handover documents. A programme of approximately 117 voids is anticipated with an equal split between Contractors with all work to be completed by 31 March 2019. The work will be undertaken on a supply and fit basis. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
