Housing and Care 21 is tendering for commercial and BSM services (including servicing and repairs), this tendering opportunity will be split into six regions (see document 8 in Delta for a visual breakdown). The contract term is 5 years with the possibility of two extensions; the first extension will be for three years and the second extension for 2 years (5+3+2). Housing and Care 21 core aim is to select suppliers Select suppliers who can work with HC21 collaboratively and produce innovative solutions to issues.
