NEC Contract Software

The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) Property and Facilities Management (P & FM) have awarded a number of NEC 3 Term Service Contracts using the mandatory FM framework -Crown Commercial Services Framework (RM1056). The contracts in place will need to be managed adhering to the principles of the NEC3 contract therefore, providing a high quality and efficient work flow management of the NEC3 contract being paramount to P&FM. Improvements in workflow management are expected for the NHSBSA organisation, our suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to the principles of NEC3 whilst also being cost effective. The NHSBSA is seeking a software tool to minimise the Administration required to manage NEC3 contracts Term Service Contract (TSC), and the (Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC))
