Thirteen Group - Responsive Repair & Maintenance Service Provision 2017-18

Thirteen Group seeks to appoint up to three Contractors (one per lot) to supplement the Thirteen Group in-house team. The successful Contractor(s) will be responsible for all required Responsive Repairs and maintenance and Out of Hours Emergency Work in a range of properties as identified in the respective Lots. Lot A - Tees Valley including Outlying properties in Hambleton and Scarborough [Total 791 properties] Lot B - Durham including Outlying properties in Richmondshire [Total 387 properties] Lot C - Tyne & Wear [Total 464 properties] The number of Properties is Indicative and may vary during the course of the contract due to acquisitions / disposals. NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
