Early Formative and Impact Evaluations of the Climate Leadership in Cities (CLIC) Programme

The project will evaluate the effectiveness, governance and early impact of the Climate Leadership in Cities (CLIC) programme, providing: I. An early formative evaluation on the suitability of the governance structure and performance of the delivery partners; II. An early impact evaluation of the effectiveness of delivery of technical assistance, global research and national advocacy in achieving programme direct outputs and progress towards medium term objectives. III. A review of BEIS results reporting on CLIC, and a simplified results tool. This was advertised through the DfID Global Evaluation Framework Agreement (GEFA), Lot 1.
