Ingatestone and Fryerning Parish Council - Grounds Maintenance Contract 2016-2019

The Parish of Ingatestone and Fryerning is located in Brentwood District and it is the overall objective of the Parish Council to maintain the facilities under its control to the highest possible standard. It is to be recognised that the facilities are public spaces. This Service includes grass cutting, hedge maintenance and shrub and flower bed maintenance of public realm ‘green areas’ primarily: • Public open space known as Fairfield • Closed and open cemeteries under the control of the Parish Council This Service also includes; • Planting and maintenance of seasonal flower beds and planters • Litter picking and bin emptying • Minor tree works (if required) • Special Events and Emergency works (if required) • Arboricultural Operations (if required) • The cleaning of Seymour Field Sports Pavilion (optional) • Preparation of site for ashes interment (optional)
