Provision of Consultancy for Accelerating UKVI Transformation

UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) is currently undergoing organisation wide transformation and the requirements of this procurement are to support in accelerating that transformation process. A key part of this work is ensuring that Shared Capabilities' (formally Strategy & Change) structure, processes, roles and responsibilities support the new direction of UKVI in line with the vision, mission, objectives, strategy and tactics (VMOST); and wider organisational design. A number of transformation projects have already been stood up and many have started to deliver tangible change.
