PCI_LotA_187 Four Marks and Medstead Junction VISSIM Model - Access, Procedure and Managing Commissions

A call-off from Lot A of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 (Published 4 March 2022). Following the development of a VISSIM transport model for Four Marks and Medstead in 2024, the supplier is requested to undertake model commissions following the model commissioning protocol and user documents toenable procurement by third parties. Stantec are also requested to undertake any necessary model updates as requested by HCC.
