Gentoo seeks to appoint up to five consultants to provide Architect Services for various development sites 2019-2021 This tender comprises five Lots. Each Lot relates to the Delivery of the following new build schemes: (a) Lot 1 - Prestbury Road, Willows Close & Ford Oval (b) Lot 2 - Blaydon Avenue & Keighley Avenue (c) Lot 3 - Cricklewood Road, Cragdale Gardens & Eastbourne Square (d) Lot 4 - Carley Hill School Site (e) Lot 5 - Fulwell Quarry, Silksworth (Office) Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body. PLEASE NOTE: This is an award notice following a Call for Competition under a Dynamic Purchasing System and this contract has been let.
