City and Hackney School Based Health Service

The London Borough of Hackney and the City of London have awarded The School Based Health Service for City and Hackney. The School Based Health Service for City and Hackney will coordinate and deliver public health interventions to improve children and young people’s health and wellbeing in line with the Healthy Child Programme. The service shall provide an integrated public health nursing service linked to primary and secondary care, early years, childcare and educational settings. The contract has been awarded for 3 years with the option for 2 additional extra year extensions.
