Statutory Inspections Mechanical and Electrical

The Authority has a requirement for the provision of Statutory Inspections of Mechanical and Electrical Plant and Equipment Installations. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 01/06/2026 and will run for a period of 36 months of the initial contract term making the expiry date 31/05/2029. The contract will have an option to extend by 1 x 24-month extension at the sole discretion of the Council making the latest possible expiry date 31/05/2031.
