Minor Works and Maintenance

The Council’s objective is to establish a Framework of suppliers covering a broad range of building, mechanical, electrical, maintenance and related trades. Such suppliers will be required to carry out minor works and maintenance to the Council’s Premises as and when required on a call-off basis, providing the Council’s Service Users with a responsive and competitively priced service.
