South Holland District Council - HRA Assisted Living Aids and Adaptations - AWARD

Tenders are invited in respect of carrying out aids and adaptations work for assisted living purposes to South Holland District Council ("the Council") housing stock. The vast majority of the works will be routine works such as installation of grab rails, kitchen conversions, level access showers and or external access ramps etc. However, there will also be a need on occasions for the successful contractor to undertake design and build works for extensions and other larger works.
