ICT Support Services

Ofcom is running a procurement process under the Restricted procedure to identify a suitably qualified supplier for the provision of ICT Services. The contract is expected to commence on Sunday 1 May 2022. The duration of the Contract is four (4) years, subject to the right of Ofcom (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by up to two (2) years. The maximum length of the Contract is therefore six (6) years. The value of the contract is estimated to be between 25,000,000 - £44,000,000 over the life of the contract. Interested suppliers are invited to respond to Ofcom's Selection Questionnaire in accordance with the rules set out in the procurement documents.
