Parking Enforcement Solution (PES) Mobile Application

Procurement exercise to award a contract for the design, implementation and service commencment and training.The PES Mobile Application enables Enforcement Officers to capture photographic evidence, GIS reference information using the in-built mapping functionality, and issue PES Penalty Charge Notices which are printed on mobile printers at the roadside. The PES Mobile Application records other on-street data such as Observations and can record Faults related to the status of street hardware including street works, and damage to assets.
