Description

Historic England and the English Heritage Trust are relocating from No. 2 Waterhouse Square, London EC1 at the end of the current lease(s), expiring conterminously, on the 24th December 2017. Historic England occupy Levels 01, 02 & 03, English Heritage Trust have a sub-tenancy on level 03 in an access controlled area adjacent to the level 03 shared reception area. Historic England are scheduled to relocate to Cannon Street on the 15th September 2017, English Heritage Trust will be relocating toward the end of October 2017 (estimated date 31st October). Historic England and the English Heritage Trust are required to put back in such state and condition as shall be consistent with the full and due performance of the Tenant's covenants in the Lease. Notes on the PQQ documentation The current PAS 91:2013 Pre-Qualification Questionnaire does not take into account the recent changes with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, which removes the role of CDM Co-ordinator and requires the client to appoint a Principle Designer (PD) and Principle Contractor (PC). As the client we will require the suppler who will be awarded this contract to undertake the role of Principle Contractor, as such you will be expected to answer all Core Questions C4-Q1 to C4 - Q20 on Health and safety policy and capability. Failure to comply will mean instant dismissal of your application.
