The site is approximately 4.36 hectares (10.77 acres) in size. The scheme has been developed to the end of RIBA Stage 2 with a preferred design identified. This development opportunity seeks to deliver an energy efficient and sustainable development that supports the Council’s aim of achieving net zero carbon by 2030.
